Resources for a Maven controlled release cycle

While setting up a development and release process based on Maven and CVS, we've found a lot of useful documentation provided by the University of Calgary. Unfortunately we've found it after we've done 90% of the job already, but at least it was a confirmation of our choices... by the way, here is the link.
